Join Our Team as an Overnight Personal Care Assistant!

What You’ll Do

As an Overnight Personal Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents during the overnight hours (10 PM – 6 AM). This is a full-time position where your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with personal care needs, such as grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Monitoring residents to ensure their safety and well-being throughout the night.
• Providing companionship and emotional support as needed.
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all residents.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking compassionate and reliable individuals who are ready to contribute to our mission of providing outstanding care. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• A caring and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to resident safety and comfort.
• No prior experience is required, though previous experience as a PCA or CNA is a plus.
• Availability to work the full-time overnight shift (10 PM – 6 AM).
• A willingness to work as part of a team and support our residents with dignity and respect.
