Seasonal Retail Associate - Silverton Christmas Market

We’re hiring Seasonal Retail Associates to join the Silverton Christmas Market team! This festive event runs from November 20 – December 31 and features more than 2 million lights, vendors, food, attractions, and holiday fun. ✨

Our Retail Associates help guests shop for Christmas Market merchandise and holiday gifts while providing friendly, knowledgeable service in our retail booths.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

• Greet guests and assist with merchandise purchases
• Process transactions using a Square handheld POS system
• Learn about the merchandise you’re selling so you can answer guest questions and help them find what they’re looking for
• Restock merchandise and keep displays neat, organized, and appealing
• Assist with maintaining accurate and organized merchandise throughout the shift
• Interact directly with guests and provide friendly, helpful service
• Help create an enjoyable holiday shopping experience for Christmas Market guests

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Friendly, personable, and comfortable interacting with guests
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willing and able to learn about the merchandise and confidently answer guest questions
• Comfortable using technology and handheld POS systems
• Detail-oriented and able to keep merchandise and displays organized
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to work outdoors in cold, rainy, and changing winter weather
• Available to work evening shifts, typically around 4:30–9:15 PM. Shift times vary by position and event needs.
