Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 4×10 Hours | 80 Hours/Pay Period

Pay Rate
Traveler: $55 - $60/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist to perform clinical laboratory testing, analyze specimens, and ensure accurate and timely results.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field.
Active Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license, state-specific if required.
Minimum 2 years of recent hospital laboratory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation, quality control, and specimen processing.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Responsibilities
Perform clinical laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank.
Analyze patient specimens and accurately report test results.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
Follow quality control and quality assurance protocols.
Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and laboratory standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team.
