Provide Respectful, Hands-On Personal Support
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide to help clients with personal care and activities of daily living in the comfort of their homes.

This role is focused on hands-on support with hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, and other personal routines while protecting each client’s dignity, privacy, and independence.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Provide toileting and incontinence care as appropriate
• Assist with mobility, walking, positioning, and transfers
• Help clients with eating and other activities of daily living
• Support clients with established personal care routines
• Encourage clients to participate in daily activities as independently as possible
• Provide companionship and reassurance during personal care
• Observe and communicate changes in a client’s condition, behavior, or needs
• Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver the highest quality care
• Treat every client with patience, dignity, and respect

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, Home Care Aide, Home Health Aide (HHA), or similar role preferred
• Comfort providing hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to follow care plans and safety instructions
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and physical care needs
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
• Personal Care Aide training, certification, or other state-required qualifications when applicable
• Dependability and consistent attendance for scheduled client visits

Experience in personal care, senior care, assisted living, disability support, home care, or direct care is especially helpful.
