What You’ll Be Doing

As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Overseeing shift activities to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Handling day-to-day tasks, including monitoring performance and ensuring quality standards.
• Assisting with training team members to perform across multiple roles.
• Supporting management in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

This is a cross-trained position, so you’ll have the opportunity to develop skills across various areas of the business.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to different tasks.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of service and teamwork.
