• Operate automated transfer line equipment and keep it producing efficiently.
• Spot and clear minor faults and interruptions before they become big issues.
• Own material organization and line-side orderliness.
• Work safely and follow documented production procedures.
• Support overtime as needed to meet customer demand.

Do you have the right background?

• Show-up-when-it-counts reliability and on-time habits.
• Basic mechanical aptitude—tools and machines make sense to you.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, physical manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience as a machine operator or in manufacturing is a plus.
