We're looking for a professional, dependable and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to partner with our General Manager and help run a restaurant built on excellent guest service and high-quality dining. You'll thrive under pressure, lead with a smile, and help set the standard every shift. You'll share responsibility for the store's performance, from leading and motivating the team to managing the numbers.

What You'll Do

• Run the whole restaurant, front of house and back of house
• Deliver superior guest service and make sure every guest leaves happy
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Protect the quality of every plate and pour
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Coach your team with regular feedback that keeps them upbeat and productive
• Forecast needs, estimate usage and manage inventory
• Keep the restaurant in line with sanitation and safety standards
• Control costs and cut waste
• Promote the brand, inside and outside our four walls
• Build a positive workplace and lead by example
• Track operations and take corrective action when needed

What You Bring

• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience leading teams of 15+ employees, with a track record of developing people into bigger roles
• A strong background in customer service management
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Sharp financial management skills
• Precision and consistency in following recipes, processes and systems
• Strong organization and prioritization; you're a natural multitasker
• The ability to take direction and delegate with confidence
• Strong communication skills with a diverse team; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience with Windows, MS Office, Toast and OpenTable and inventory control systems is a plus
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
• Age 21+, with a High School diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs. and stand for 8+ hours
