HR / Business Office CoordinatorPosition Summary

The HR / Business Office Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for human resources, employee records, payroll coordination, office administration, and day-to-day business operations. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and records.

  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new-hire paperwork.

  • Coordinate employee orientation, training, and required documentation.

  • Track attendance, leave, timekeeping, and employee information.

  • Assist with payroll preparation and resolve payroll-related questions.

  • Maintain HR databases and ensure employee information is current.

  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, and other business documents.

  • Handle general office administration, including filing, scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, expense documentation, and other business-office paperwork as assigned.

  • Assist management with compliance documentation and internal procedures.

  • Respond professionally to employee, customer, vendor, and management inquiries.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee, financial, and business information.

  • Perform other administrative and business duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Previous HR, administrative, payroll, or business-office experience preferred.

  • Must have Point Click Care in health care experience. Experience with resident trust and Medicare and Medicaid billing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business software.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently while also supporting a team.

  • Professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented approach.

Physical/Work Requirements
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment.

  • Ability to sit, stand, communicate, and use a computer for extended periods.

  • Ability to occasionally lift or move office supplies and materials.

Employment :Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

 

Reports To

Business Manager, HR Manager, Office Manager, or designated supervisor.
