Boulder, CO
$28–$30/hr | $1,050 – $1,125/week.

AB Staffing Solutions is hiring licensed Paraprofessionals to support students in local schools for the 26/27 school year.

Quick Details:

Full-time: 35 hours/week.
Contract follows the school district calendar.
Placement matched to your experience and preference.
Supportive recruiting team throughout the assignment.

What You’ll Do:

Support students 1:1 or in small groups.
Assist teachers with lesson activities and classroom routines.
Help implement behavior and support plans.
Observe and document student progress.
Prepare materials and maintain an organized classroom.
Assist with basic clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements (Must Have):

Colorado Paraprofessional License (ELS – Paraprofessional).
2 years of special education public school classroom experience
Experience with preschool or school-aged children.

Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in a classroom setting.
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs (up to 40 lbs infrequently).
