Pay Rate:

Traveler: $55 - $60
Local: $50 - $55

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams while ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State Diagnostic Radiography License.

• ARRT (R)(M) certification required.

• Must meet and maintain MQSA requirements.

• Experience with PACS and IDX systems preferred.

• Strong skills in mammography positioning, image evaluation, and radiographic quality control.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine screening and diagnostic mammography exams.

• Position patients and perform compression techniques for optimal image quality.

• Evaluate images for technical accuracy and transmit studies to PACS.

• Complete examinations and documentation in IDX.

• Maintain accurate patient tracking records and follow departmental SOPs.

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care.
