Sr Manager, Decision Science – Reverse, Secondary Market and Lifecycle

As a Senior Manager, Decision Science, you'll lead a team that turns data into decisions that improve how we serve customers and run our business. You'll partner with senior leaders to solve complex challenges, uncover new opportunities, and shape strategy across reverse logistics, lifecycle experiences, and operational performance. If you enjoy leading teams, influencing decisions, and using data to make an impact, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll primarily work virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location. However, you must live within a drivable distance to our corporate campus in Richfield, Minnesota.
