Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide exceptional therapy services focused on speech, language, and swallowing disorders. This role involves patient evaluations, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapy to enhance communication and swallowing functions in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.
Responsibilities- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services in compliance with industry regulations and facility standards.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
