Active physical therapy license (Permanent license required)
General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP
Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training

Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to patients
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients on treatment plans and exercises
Work collaboratively with healthcare team members
Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
