Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Chanhassen. We have two pre-teen girls and a 7 YO boy so everyone is fairly independent. We need help both after school and on weekends so building up our roster of sitters. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets as we have two sweet dogs and two shy cats (all fairly hypoallergenic and non shedding).
