Maintenance Mechanic

Available Shift: 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment to help ensure efficient and reliable production operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on production equipment and machinery.
• Maintain and service electrical and mechanical systems throughout the facility.
• Assist with planning and completing scheduled maintenance activities.
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Set up, test, and prepare machinery and equipment for production use.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to support operational goals and safety standards.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required along with a Journeyman Card
OR
• Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of related maintenance experience
Additional Requirements
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely while maintaining production equipment and machinery.
