Quality Manager

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Quality Manager in Bluffton, Indiana. This is a direct-hire position on the 1st shift and the pay is $90,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Position Summary:

The Quality Manager is responsible for the quality of all products produced.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain and audit quality system and ISO requirements

Hire and train auditors

Perform inspections including CMM's, PPAP, gauge certifications, and tool verifications

Monitor statistical data

Experience Needed:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field is strongly preferred

At least 3 years of quality management experience

Practical knowledge of quality systems (PPAP, IATF, VDA)

CMM experience is preferred

Experience with root cause analysis tools and corrective actions

Strong communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
