Facility Chef

SAI Residential Treatment Center is seeking a dependable and experienced Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents in our residential treatment setting. The Cook will prepare meals according to the posted menu, accommodate approved dietary needs, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, complete required temperature and meal service logs, and ensure meals are properly prepared and available as scheduled. The Cook will also assist with meal planning, inventory, and ordering, and prepare meals or written instructions for staff when not on site. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable working independently, and takes pride in providing healthy and well-prepared meals in a residential setting. Food handler certification is required, and prior healthcare, residential, or institutional food service experience is preferred.
