Personal Injury Paralegal

Major plaintiff personal injury firm in Manhattan’s Financial District is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to work fully in office, Monday through Friday. The paralegal will support a mixed caseload, including motor vehicle accident and premises liability matters, with bilingual Spanish skills considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Provide end-to-end case support and litigation support.
• Draft legal and case-related documents.
• Communicate with clients throughout case progression.
• Support matters involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of plaintiff-side personal injury law experience.
• Legal research and legal document preparation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective client communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
