Personal Injury Paralegal

Major plaintiff personal injury firm in Manhattan’s Financial District is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to work fully in office, Monday through Friday. This role supports a mixed caseload of motor vehicle accident and premises liability matters, managing cases from intake through resolution and maintaining consistent communication with clients. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Provide end-to-end case and litigation support.
• Draft legal and case-related documents.
• Communicate with clients throughout case progression.
• Support motor vehicle accident and premises liability matters.

Required Qualifications

• 3 + years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• Litigation experience.
• Legal research and document preparation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective client communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
