Construction Laborer

Now hiring a Skilled Laborer to support commercial construction projects involving the installation and maintenance of commercial-grade pools and spas. This role will assist with new construction and renovation projects. OSHA 10 certification is required; training is provided for able-bodied candidates who are willing to learn. Candidates with concrete experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites for commercial pool and spa projects.
• Handle and stage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with concrete work and related construction tasks.
• Support the installation of commercial-grade pools and spas.
• Assist with maintenance, renovations, and new construction projects.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas through regular site cleanup.
• Follow OSHA 10 requirements and applicable job-site safety practices.
• Assist crew members with general construction activities.

Required Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to perform physical construction labor.
• Willingness to learn and receive training.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in commercial construction labor.
• Experience with concrete work.
