Flagger / Traffic Controller
Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, with overtime opportunities

No problem—we provide free flagger certification training several times a week to get you started quickly.

- Grahamsville, NY
- Kerhonkson, NY
- Cairo, NY
What You’ll Do:
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely through work zones
- Protect the safety of crews and the public
- Stay alert, follow all traffic and safety regulations
- Assist with maintaining safe and efficient job sites
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours a day
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong situational awareness and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- $21 per hour starting pay
- Overtime opportunities available
- Free training and certification provided
- Some crews work four 10-hour shifts (enjoy 3-day weekends!)
- Most crews are off on bank holidays
- Work outdoors and meet new people every day
