Porter/Groundskeeper — TX | $17-$21/hr | Weekly Pay
Not just a janitor job — a starting point. Penn Apartment Staffing hires Porters/Groundskeepers across Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston & San Antonio, with real opportunities to grow into Make Ready, Maintenance, or Lead Maintenance roles.
What you'll do: Keep grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming — power washing, trash-outs, paint touch-ups, and landscaping upkeep.
