Shift & Pay

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $16.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $17.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $17.00/hour

Position Summary

We are hiring General Laborers for a manufacturing facility in Blue Ash. This is an entry-level opportunity where employees may work across different departments and production stations based on business needs.

The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, safety-minded, and comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and follow written work instructions and verbal directions.
• Inspect parts for defects and report issues to the Supervisor.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed.
• Rotate between different departments and job assignments as required.
• Maintain a consistent work pace throughout the shift.
• Wear all required PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to rotate between different jobs and departments.
• Ability to work a full-time 40-hour schedule.
• Must be willing to work mandatory overtime when required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and physical labor.
• Comfortable working in non-temp controlled environment
• Ability to remain active and maintain a steady work pace throughout the shift.
