Position Details

Pay: $20–$21 per hour

Work Schedule:

Mondays and Tuesdays (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Saturdays (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Work Location:

312 N. Alma School Rd., Chandler, AZ 85224

Training:

Initial paid training covering products and related cannabinoids.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of college education.
• 3+ years of experience in consultative sales or retail sales.
• 3+ years of experience in a medical, holistic, CBD, or natural health retail environment.
• Additional education or certification in human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, or biology is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional, consultative manner.
• Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the body.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must successfully complete a company-required background check.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Consultative Sales & Guidance: Engage with customers professionally and knowledgeably, conducting consultations for appropriate products based on individual needs.
• Manage Store Operations: Execute standard opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean, organized, and ready retail environment.
• Maintain Product Displays & Signage: Manage product displays and signage to ensure a clean, inviting front-of-house store environment.
• Support Customer Communication: Respond to phone and online inquiries and follow up with customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Store Inventory and Orders: Process incoming shipments for quality control checks, ensuring they are logged appropriately, weighed, and labeled for retail sale.
• Handle Order Fulfillment: Accurately process and package online orders for customer pickup, ensuring consistent quality service across channels.
