JOB-20869 Food Preparation Worker - 26-02362
Job Duties:Cook Chill Production Center (CCPC serves Office of Mental Health facilities and other NYS facilities, government facilities and not-for-profit agencies by making/delivering 150 different food products (15,000 lbs. produced daily).
Positions require performing a variety of food preparation tasks other than cooking, to include preparing cold foods/shellfish; storing and stocking of food; and sanitation tasks. Some tasks are performed in a wet or cold environment.
Minimum staffing requirements, including licenses and certifications: NO special certifications/licenses required.
Schedule and anticipate length of assignment: Full-Time temporary positions, 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, Assignment anticipated to last 12 months, up to 2 years. No assignment length can be guaranteed.
Background check requirements: Yes, basic background check required
Vaccination requirements: None
OMH required training (This training will be provided by OMH): Food Safety and Facility specific training will be provided by CCPC.
