Job Description
Join a small, fast-paced aerospace machine shop as a CNC Programmer/Set-Up Machinist on first shift. The team manufactures complex parts and assemblies in a wide range of materials and complexity levels for major aerospace customers, including Boeing as a Silver-rated supplier. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, team-oriented, and able to produce parts efficiently, accurately, and with minimal supervision. Responsibilities
- Program CNC equipment, predominantly CNC mills, using Mastercam, Surfcam, CATIA, and SolidWorks.
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for complex aerospace components.
- Run and inspect completed work to ensure speed, accuracy, and quality.
- Work with a variety of materials and part complexity levels.
- Optimize machining processes and keep production running efficiently.
- Perform work independently while contributing to a flexible, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of CNC programming and setup machining experience.
- Experience programming and setting up mills and lathes in an aerospace environment.
- Ability to set up, run, and inspect work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Aerospace Experience a plus.
