McCree is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Millwork Project Superintendent to support our construction and millwork operations. This role is ideal for an individual who understands millwork shop drawings, enjoys working in both the office and field, and takes pride in ensuring projects are completed accurately and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Read, interpret, and understand millwork shop drawings and specifications.
  • Perform field measurements and templating as required to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.
  • Complete basic millwork material takeoffs and assist with material procurement and order placement.
  • Attend project meetings and coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Assist with the preparation, processing, and tracking of project documentation, submittals, and related correspondence.
  • Support project teams by helping identify and resolve issues that may impact schedules or project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on project-related tasks.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach to meeting project deadlines and delivering quality results.


Qualifications

  • Experience reading and interpreting millwork shop drawings required.
  • Master carpentry experience required, including advanced knowledge of woodworking techniques, architectural millwork, cabinetry, fabrication, materials, and installation practices.
  • Ability to perform accurate field measurements and templating.
  • Experience with material takeoffs and purchasing activities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Construction, woodworking, cabinetry, architectural millwork, or commercial interiors experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
