Bring your production experience to a hands-on manufacturing team where safety, quality, and keeping the line running matter.
 
We’re hiring experienced Production Line Operators / Machine Operators to operate production equipment, monitor quality, complete changeovers, and help meet daily production goals.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently
• Start, stop, monitor, and adjust equipment
• Complete product and production line changeovers
• Monitor product quality and follow specifications
• Make minor equipment adjustments to keep the line running
• Complete production, quality, and traceability documentation
• Identify and report equipment, product, or safety issues
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Follow GMP, food safety, quality, and safety procedures
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

 
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 2+ years of machine operator, line operator, or production experience preferred
• Experience working with manufacturing or production equipment
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to safety

 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• This is an active, hands-on position requiring extended standing and walking, repetitive movement, bending and reaching, and occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of materials up to 50 lbs.
