Nurture a child’s first five years by:

• Creating a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
• Building positive relationships with children and helping them develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning
• Assisting with classroom activities, lessons, and daily routines that encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Providing attentive care and supervision while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom
• Encouraging positive behavior and helping children develop age-appropriate social and emotional skills
• Communicating respectfully and professionally with children, families, teachers, and school leadership
• Following Primrose Schools’ health, safety, and educational guidelines and maintaining a high standard of care
