No sales experience required. We're hiring a class of appointment setters for our merchant services division and paying you to learn the job before you're expected to produce.

What you'll do
You'll call local business owners, qualify them on the phone, and book in-person appointments for our closers. You're not selling the product — you're booking the meeting. Your bonus is paid on appointments that actually hold, so the job rewards setters who confirm well, set expectations clearly, and follow up.

How the pay works — no guessing

• Base, paid every pay period regardless of production
• Daily bonus structure that escalates daily with production tiers
• Consistency bonus when you hit 4+ every day of the week
• Bonus is calculated weekly and paid one week in arrears, once the appointment is verified as held

What that looks like over a year, on top of base: Average Setters earn $60K. Top producers are in the $115K–$135K range. We'll show you the full ladder in writing on day one, and you can ask any current setter what their last check looked like.

What we provide

• Paid training class, then a 30-day ramp with a lower bonus threshold while you build your rhythm

• Organized enough to confirm, reschedule, and track a full calendar
• Coachable — our best setters came in with zero experience and took the training seriously
• Reliable attendance. The consistency bonus exists because showing up five days a week is how the money is made.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, full time, in office. No weekends, no evenings.

Start: Paid training class begins Thursday September 24th. Interviews are being scheduled now.
