Screen Printer 3rd Shift

Third Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am, M-F

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Screen Print Production Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with production staff to create high-quality printed products while learning and operating various screen-printing processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to produce high-quality printed products.
• Operate and assist with screen printing machinery and production equipment.
• Train and work in all areas of the screen printing process, including the screen room.
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Screen printing experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting above shoulder level.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
