Estampa Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and energetic KItchen staff to join our kitchen team.

If you enjoy staying busy, working with a strong team, and taking pride in keeping a kitchen clean and organized, we want to meet you!

No extensive restaurant experience is required — we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and keep dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans clean and sanitized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen prep station.
• Keep clean equipment and kitchen supplies properly stored and ready for service.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic prep and cleaning when needed.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout back-of-house areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
• Work closely with cooks, prep staff, and management during busy service periods.
• Immediately report equipment or maintenance issues to management.

• Willingness to learn and work hard is more important than experience.
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical kitchen duties.
