Appliance Service Technician

Overview: 
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various appliances, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge and a passion for appliance repair. 

Responsibilities: 
- Perform field service calls to diagnose and repair appliances in customers' homes 
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and identify issues 
- Assemble, install, and test new appliances 
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and answering questions 
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed 
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area 

Skills: 
- Previous experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role 
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of appliance repair techniques 
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals 
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately 
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers 
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Compensation: $35,000 to $85,000 per year depending on experience, productivity and compensation structure and commissions earned. Base hourly OR commission, whichever is higher.
