Injection Molding Process Technician - 1st Shift

Talento Search Group has an opening for an Injection Mold Process Technician in the St. Louis, Missouri area.  This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $25-35 per hour, depending on experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Calibrate molds 
• Adjust machine settings including cycle time, pressure, temperature, etc.
• Perform color changes and tooling changes
• Perform paperwork including process sheets and operate associated equipment
• Use measurement tools
• Assist in scrap reduction program
• Train setup personnel
• Document setups, equipment layouts, and process control of presses

Experience Needed:

• High School Diploma
• Must have at least 3 years of injection mold setup and changeover experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, carry, lift, bend, and walk for duration
