Job description:

Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing for Production Associates in Winchester, IN.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Maintaining a clean area
• Inspection of parts to insure quality
• Tend machine controls and guides to adjust machine as needed
• Perform duties in compliance with set procedures
• Maintain and complete necessary reporting
• Communicate all abnormal situations to Team Leader of Group Leader

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 35# frequently
• Ability to follow written & verbal instruction
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
• Ability to work as scheduled
