Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative - $50K

Pay: $45,000–$50,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm

Position Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with customers and has a sales-focused mindset. In this role, you will assist customers with orders, quotes, product information, and sealing solutions while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, emails, web chats, and inquiries.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide quotes, pricing, product availability, and order updates.
• Monitor customer orders and communicate any delays or changes.
• Handle customer questions, returns, and service concerns.
• Work with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, and Sales teams to resolve issues.
• Follow up with existing customers to identify additional sales opportunities.
• Make outbound calls to inactive accounts and potential new customers.
• Prepare quotes and sales proposals.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system.
• Meet sales goals and performance targets.
• Learn products and provide basic technical support and product recommendations.
• Work with Engineering and Sales to help customers find the right sealing solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Industrial, manufacturing, or fluid power experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $45,000–$50,000 annually
