Smoke Shop Employee

We are seeking a Smoke Shop Employee to provide knowledgeable customer service, support product sales across tobacco products, vape products, and smoking accessories, and help maintain efficient, compliant store operations. This role also supports opening and closing procedures, inventory receiving, merchandising displays, and other day-to-day activities, with opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager or Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide product knowledge across all product categories.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Verify customer age and identification for age-restricted sales.
• Monitor compliance with local tobacco regulations and vape product regulations.
• Receive, organize, restock, and track inventory.
• Merchandise product displays and maintain appealing store presentation.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and support efficient daily operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in advancing to an Assistant Manager or Store Manager position.
