Part Time Porter

Part-time porter needed for 250 bed student housing apartment complex in Bowling Green.

This is a part-time position, averaging 25-30 hours/week, Monday-Friday . No weekends!

Must be able to pass a background check, as this position will require light maintenance duties, which include going into occupied units.

Must have reliable transportation and be within a 20-mile radius of Bowling Green, KY.

Job Desciption & Responsibilities:

• Light maintenance duties (bulb and blind replacements)
• Small paint projects like outdoor rails and doors
• Trash and grounds throughout the day
• Daily upkeep of pool and other amenities
• Assist maintenance & office staff as needed
• Must have basic technology skills
• Removal and installation of appliance (up to 3 flights of stairs)
• Must be able to reach, bend, climb stairs, and lift 50lbs.
