Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Full-time (Weekend availability required)

What You’ll Do:
● Batch Preparation: Prepare fresh soups, entrees, side dishes, and specialty salads from scratch using Sandy's signature recipes.
● Display Management: Maintain attractive, fully stocked, and fresh grab-and-go deli cases.
● Food Safety & Sanitation: Enforce strict sanitation standards, proper food handling, temperature logging, and rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste.
● Daily Production: Handle ingredient prep, station setup, and work area organization efficiently. ● Team Collaboration: Work alongside deli counters, market hosts, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional quality to our guests.
Qualifications:
● 1+ years of professional cooking experience (restaurant line cook, catering, deli, or grocery prepared foods preferred).
● Strong batch cooking skills and comfortable working independently or with a team.
● High standards for culinary quality, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.
Must be dependable with weekend availability.
