Shipping & Receiving Associate

We are looking for dependable and hardworking Shipping & Receiving Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining organized inventory, and ensuring products move efficiently. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing documents.
• Safely unload, move, stage, and store materials and products.
• Prepare, package, label, and ship customer orders and other outgoing materials.
• Verify quantities, product information, shipping documentation, and delivery information for accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, when authorized and trained.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and report discrepancies promptly.
• Keep shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Report any quality issues, equipment problems, or safety concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
