Manager in Training

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced restaurant professional who wants to grow into a General Manager role.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead daily restaurant operations and team performance
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, and service levels
• Train and develop team members and future leaders
• Learn P&L, food cost, and operational management
• Drive sales, speed of service, quality, and guest satisfaction
• Take ownership of restaurant performance and results

What We’re Looking For:
• Restaurant management or QSR leadership experience
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Experience with staffing, labor control, and daily operations
• Results-driven and comfortable taking ownership
• Strong interest in growing into a General Manager role
• Sonic experience is a plus
