Warehouse Associate

We are looking for dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping daily operations running smoothly by receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and moving products and materials throughout the facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and products.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
• Load and unload trucks while following proper safety procedures.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order information.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, carts, and other warehouse equipment as trained and authorized.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow established procedures for material handling, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect products and report issues to a supervisor.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Report any quality issues, equipment problems, or safety concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or material-handling experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
