Ultimate Roofing is looking for an experienced Construction/Roofing Project Manager to join our growing production team in Morgantown, WV.

This is a hands-on field management position for someone who knows construction, understands what quality workmanship looks like, and takes pride in seeing a project through from start to finish.

You'll oversee active roofing, siding, and gutter projects, work directly with installation crews, communicate with homeowners, solve problems in the field, and make sure every project meets Ultimate Roofing's standards.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll be the person making sure projects move, stay on schedule, and get done right.

You'll:

• Manage multiple active roofing, siding, and gutter projects
• Coordinate and communicate with installation crews
• Review scopes, measurements, photos, materials, and project requirements
• Visit jobsites and monitor progress
• Perform quality-control inspections
• Hold crews accountable for workmanship and cleanup
• Identify problems and make sure they're corrected
• Coordinate materials and address material shortages
• Identify damaged decking and unforeseen conditions
• Document additional work and change orders
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
• Address homeowner questions and concerns
• Monitor jobsite safety and cleanliness
• Ensure proper property protection
• Verify cleanup and debris/nail removal
• Complete final inspections and punch lists
• Document projects using JobNimbus
• Keep the production team informed of progress, delays, and issues

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has:

• Experience in roofing, siding, gutters, or exterior construction
• Experience managing subcontractors or installation crews
• Strong knowledge of residential construction
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Professional customer-service skills
• Ability to hold crews accountable
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel between jobsites
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
