Our production team handles the project from contract to completion so you can stay focused on generating revenue and keeping customers informed.

Compensation

* Competitive commission structure: 9%-12%

* No cap on earnings

* Weekly opportunities to generate new business

What You’ll Do

* Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, networking, and self-generated opportunities

* Perform roof inspections and meet with homeowners

* Build trust and guide customers through the roofing process

* Maintain customer communication from sale through project completion

* Create and manage your own pipeline

* Close deals and get paid

What You Won’t Do

* Manage crews

* Order materials

* Schedule production

* Handle project management

* Deal with day-to-day construction logistics

Our production department takes care of the build so you can focus on selling and earning.

Requirements

* Reliable transportation

* Valid driver’s license

* Willingness to knock doors and prospect consistently

* Strong communication and closing skills

* Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset

* Roofing sales experience is preferred but not required
