FULL TIME RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER (GELATO STORE)

This job contributes to store success by providing extraordinary customer service to all customers; ensures prompt attention, high quality products and a clean and comfortable store environment. Assists the store manager in executing operational tasks.

Areas and Accountabilities. Essential job functions included but not limited to the following:

· Displays a “customer comes first” attitude.

· Provides quality products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.

· Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

• Maintains a clean and organized workspace and guarantees the whole store cleanliness.
• Follows all cash management and cash register policies.
• Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.

· Manages supply’s reception.

· Assists with new staff training.

· Performs store weekly and monthly inventory count

Requirements:

• Retail / customer service experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
• Ability to work full time or part time, including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.

This is a Gelato Store located in Midtown Miami.
