Appointment Setter

Growing company seeks a part time appointment setter and lead generator. Candidate will engage with prospects from mixed sources through multi-channel outreach, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for account executives. Success in this role will be measured by appointments booked, qualified appointments, and conversion to sales while maintaining accurate records in the CRM platform. This is a part time position that will become full time. Candidate must be willing and able to work at least 40 hours as company grows and available to work occasional Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and multi-channel outreach to prospects.
• Qualify leads based on prospect needs and fit.
• Schedule appointments for account executives.
• Complete follow-up outreach to prospective customers.
• Update and maintain accurate prospect and appointment information in the CRM platform.
• Support performance goals related to appointments booked, qualified appointments, and conversion to sales.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in appointment setting.
