Maintenance Tech 7 Brew Coffee

Support the reliability, safety, and day-to-day operations of multiple 7 Brew Coffee shops across a regional maintenance area. Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, the Maintenance Technician will service coffee and beverage equipment, refrigeration and ice machines, building systems, and facility fixtures while managing work through a mobile work-order system.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance across multiple coffee shops.
• Repair and service espresso machines, Spaceman chillers, grinders, walk-in coolers, and refrigerators.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and support HVAC systems.
• Complete plumbing repairs and maintain building systems and fixtures.
• Conduct safety inspections and address facility upkeep needs.
• Manage, update, and close service requests through the mobile work-order system.
• Maintain parts inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in facility maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
