Technical Operations & Assembly

• Perform assigned assembly, test, repair, and technical operations tasks.

• Utilize hand tools proficiently, including screwdrivers, wrenches, and specialized service equipment.

• Inspect work area to ensure necessary tools, consumables, fixtures, and parts are available, promptly reporting missing materials to leadership.

• Execute additional technical duties as assigned by leadership or supervisors.

Workstation & Safety Management

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation adhering strictly to 5S methodology standards.

• Perform all duties safely and proactively notify team leaders of any unsafe conditions or hazards.

• Attend all mandatory safety meetings and technical training sessions.

1. Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior experience with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processing and product assembly.

2. Core Skills

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

• Practical knowledge and skill with basic hand assembly and mechanical tools.

• Physical Capability: Ability to lift and carry 30–50 lbs regularly.

• Environment: Controlled environment manufacturing facility.

• Specialized Setting: Class 10K (ISO 7) Cleanroom operating conditions.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $26.00
