About this job
On-going position in Hilbert for a Full-Time, Experienced AP Analyst.
Must have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare voucher packets for each A/P invoice received
- Enter invoices into A/P module of accounting system
- Manage invoice flow in payment management software tools
- Analyze monthly expenses
- Timely payment of invoices
- Manage vendors who require payments via ACH
- Track & record intercompany activity
- Special projects, as requested
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of computerized accounting systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Associate degree in accounting preferred
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Attention to detail-good with numbers/math
- Self-motivated-ability to meet deadlines
- Dependability
- Flexibility
- Team-player / Strong Collaboration skills
