Staffing Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

- Ability to speak fluent English, Spanish a plus but not required

- Source and screen candidates for various job openings

- Interview candidates to assess qualifications, skill set and determine fit

- Present qualified candidates to clients and assist in hiring process

- Track candidates through onboarding and provide ongoing support

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

- Proficiency with applicant tracking and recruiting software
