Position Overview

We are seeking a hands on Power Electronics Engineer to design and deliver advanced hardware solutions. Working within a small, highly skilled team, you will have significant influence over design decisions and directly contribute to product performance and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design projects from concept through production with a high degree of independence
• Design and develop high performance PWM amplifiers and efficient power supply systems
• Integrate microprocessors and FPGAs into hardware designs
• Perform circuit design, analysis, and simulation using LTSpice or equivalent tools
• Build, test, troubleshoot, and validate prototypes in a hands on laboratory environment
• Analyze test data and drive iterative design improvements
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver reliable, production ready hardware

Qualifications

• BSEE required, MSEE preferred
• 3+ years of electrical or hardware design experience
• Strong knowledge of power electronics design and analysis
• Experience designing PWM amplifiers and power systems
• Embedded programming experience with microprocessors and FPGAs
• Proficiency with LTSpice or similar circuit simulation tools
• Strong hands on laboratory and hardware debugging skills
• Experience using oscilloscopes, function generators, multimeters, power analyzers, and related test equipment
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
Salary  range - $90k to $115k or contract-to-hire (pay rate range, $45.00/hr to $55.00/hr)
